Message for Parents/Guardians
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Greetings from us at the Convent during these stressful times. You have been asked to kindly collect your fee slips for the months of April and May from the school office. These fee slips were prepared before the government announced a reduction of 20% so you will find the same amount on the bill. We would like you to know that the adjustments will be made in the coming months. You do understand that all salaries and bills have to be paid as usual. We thank you sincerely for your cooperation. Homework and academic guidance is available on the school Blog. Please be assured of our constant prayers for all of you. May the Almighty keep you safe from all harm. We wish our Christian parents and families a very blessed Easter.

Note for Class 11 O levels candidates
Dear Class 11 and Parents,

1. The 31st March advisory from CAIE provides certain guidelines. E.g.
Making entries and withdrawals... you can withdraw some or all entries from the June 2020 series and then enter these candidates in a later series ... We are reviewing if it will be possible to provide some syllabuses in this series which are currently only available in the June series. We will update centres about this before 10 April 2020....“
2. If you are deciding to continue with the present May/June session the school will go ahead and provide the necessary evidence required by CAIE to help with your grading.
3. If you wish to withdraw your entry from the May/June session, the school will accept your request for withdrawal via an email by the 8th of April, 2020. This is critical so that the amendments can be uploaded and approved within the deadline.
4. The email requesting the withdrawal must be sent in the following format :-

5. The CAIE will give the next advisory on the 7th of April. It is wise to wait for it before you decide.
6. Urdu A is presently not offered in the Oct/Nov session. CAIE has mentioned in the last advisory that it might change this within the deadline. Do check before you decide.
