The following are the rates of the re-check formats that you can subscribe to.
You must visit the school from 29th to 31st of August, 2016 at 12pm. You need to sign a form, and submit the appropriate payment to the O level Coordinator along with the photo copy of your statement of entry with a contact phone and email address.
