Helping hand for SOS

On December 4th, just before we bid goodbye to year 2016, the senior girls of Convent of Jesus and Mary set up their own stall at the annual SOS Children's Village gala held at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club. Students from class 10 and 11 Cambridge, clad in their school uniforms and bright red blazers represented CJM at the festive occasion. Our stall featured Mehndi, face-painting, hair-styling as well a number of fun-filled games that attracted both children and teenagers alike. All was headed by our most talented girls under the valuable guidance of the Games Teachers. The stall, like every year, turned out to be a massive success, yielding a generously high donation for our friends at SOS. CJM has been associated with this fund-raising program for many years now and its contribution has always been highly regarded and appreciated. We were overly delighted to have been a part of the event this year and hope to continue to prove useful in the years to come.
