COVID VACCINATION FOR 12-16 YR OLD
As per Govt. Health Department instructions, all students in the age group of 12y to 16 y must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
The Health Department vaccination team will visit the school on Monday, the 17th of January, 2022.
All students in the age bracket must bring their smart cards, ( or their parents' CNIC ) and get their vaccination shots.
If they have already been vaccinated they must bring an application from the parents requesting for an exemption along with the proof of vaccination.
